• • 承租车辆时，承租人为自然人的，应提交本人合法有效身份证件、机动车驾驶证，为他人租赁车辆的还应如实提交实际驾驶人身份证件；承租人为企业法人或其他组织的，应当提交企业法人营业执照或其他有效登记证件、授权委托书、经办人身份证件及拟定驾驶人有效身份证件、机动车驾驶证，驾驶人变更的应向本公司及时更新实际驾驶人有效身份证件。

When renting a vehicle, if the lessee is a natural person, they should submit their legal and valid identification documents and motor vehicle driver's license. If renting a vehicle for others, they should also truthfully submit their actual driver's identification documents; If the lessee is an enterprise legal person or other organization, they shall submit the enterprise legal person business license or other valid registration documents, authorization letter, identity documents of the handling person, as well as the proposed driver's valid identity documents and motor vehicle driver's license. If the driver changes, the actual driver's valid identity documents shall be updated to the company in a timely manner.

For the sake of your and others' traffic safety, creating a harmonious traffic order environment in the capital, and maintaining the image of a civilized city in the capital, the lessee should use the leased vehicle in accordance with the purpose, vehicle performance, and operating procedures stipulated in the contract. The lessee should strictly abide by traffic laws and regulations and consciously regulate traffic behavior:

• • 取车前应熟悉租赁车辆的功能和性能，出车前做好车辆安全状况检查，了解熟悉车辆性能、特点，确保车辆制动、转向、电路、轮胎、燃料、车容车况完好，警告标志、灭火器具等安全装置齐全有效，驾驶证、行驶证齐备。
